Looking for suggestions for hotels that are in convenient locations to malls and other places of interest. Not the cewek hotels please, this is for a large group who are looking for reasonably priced rooms in hotels that are well located.

What's the budget range you're looking at? And any important requirements, like pool or good breakfast?

Thank you for your reply. Yes looking at pool and breakfast for sure. Accessibility to malls, good foodcourt for dinner.

On my own i have stayed in hotels at the price range as used by bro nono but this group would prefer a grade above and certainly can't go for the cewek kind. Due to the mix of ppl in the group.

A friend recommended BCC. I have stayed at BCC when it had the small warm pool, but from latest reviews heard the BCC apartments are badly maintained in terms of aircon, wifi, toilet, overall cleanliness and hygiene, lift problems, dirty pillow cases, bedsheets aiyyo... . Gone are the glorious days of BCC

I-Hotel at around Nagoya Hill and Nagoya Hotel which is also at Nagoya Hill Mall should fit your criteria. Both has good pool and good breakfast.

Both hotels were one grade above most hotels mentioned in this thread and were about 5-8 mins walk to mall and food court.

Anywhere and everywhere popular is just about 5 to 10 mins taxi drive away from that area.

Of course, any 4 star hotel nearby Batam center/ Mega Mall can be a good choice too. But coming downtown to Nagoya area can take a bit longer time.

There are of course pros and cons, then again the best are what suit the needs of your group most.

I really need to relook that Utama/Pagoda area near Diamond City mall, I saw a few MPs there but never really went in

By the way, you got any lobangs for good hotels near the Four Points Sheraton/Morena/Holiday Hotel area? Got tired of route marching myself from the bars before Mcdonalds Harmoni back to my hotel :o

I was thinking of Paragon hotel because it looked quite decent, but turns out its only 2*

Will be in Planet Holiday Hotel from 17/3. Wondering what to budget for 2-3 FJ per day. Best option? Eg 1x massage with FJ and 1 x overnight? 3x Massage With FJ?? Looking for 20-30 year old hotties who are fun and can speak a little English. Or should I just get a FL MILF for the whole time?

What’s the general rule with LT in Batam regarding number of pops during the booking? 1-2 or as many as you want?

If pool wasn't the requirement, I would have recommended aston Gideon, around $42. The breakfast is ok, but it's opposite the A2 forecourt, opposite BCS mall and within 5mins walking to a lot of clean massage places.

You also can't go wrong with Aston batam (a bit pricier though, around 60 per room). Breakfast is a good spread though.

Travelodge you can also consider, but it's not too close to malls or foodcourt. Why I named this an option is because they have BBQ buffet dinner which can be a memorable event.

Most of my batam info will need a reboot. I used to be reasonably regular with Batam until 2017. Post that zero info.

How's Artotel btw? Is it a revamped renamed hotel, or new hotel? I saw it on agoda a few times, but was not too sure about trying it. A bit older now, so less adventurous. Hahaha
