It's work fine for me. If there is blue black on your thigh after the whacking, it is okay, it will fad off after a few days.;)

If normally you are solid as a rock, after the treatment, it will be the same - no different.

If after whacking there is no red spots or blue black on your thighs, that mean you are okay, no need treatment.

Got one bro recommend virgin coconut oil. few droplets before the show and can stand up to 2 hours. I did not try..scared it's not safe.
