If he doesn't go then u can alight at the round about at the end of Pattaya North Road a.k.a. dolphin junction and catch another songteaw to Beach Road for another Bht10.

The other option is to go by Bell Service, Bht230 one way, and they will drop you off at your hotel. Their bus will go to Pattaya North station where they will transfer you to a minivan to get you to your hotel, well at least the beginning of the soi (paak soi) that is located in. Do note that from 29th to 30th November, Beach Road from Pattaya North Road to Walking Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic for the Fireworks Festival.
