Actually things are more liberal in 1969. Hippies period, sex revolution, bra burning etc. The post-war generation is young and eager.

On a computer the best option is to use google dns.

On a phone just use puffin or tor browser.

I am not going to keep changing domains it is too costly and they will just block the new domain too.

"Laptop" can mean anything. Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS, Linux etc.

To find the relevant instructions search for "google dns configuration".
