My 'win-win for all' were referring between the business entities and the police.

Yes,the girls were pawn between the 2 parties (police and business person). I hope the girls on contract gets their money back which the boss were holding back.

(a major part of their work money were being held back during contract period,as told to me by some girls who works in New Berry before)

Yes, they don't get their share of the booking fee for daily booking. However, as and when they need money, they are able to take "cash loan" from their okt. Of course, these cash loan are deducted from their share of booking fee.
