I agree..and atl is correct also to say abt WS. Pattaya is so huge and there are gems everywhere. A bit of exploration..and a lot of smiles can achieve a lot.

I have 2 particular friends from singapore ..lets just call them Mr Fun and Mr Grumpy..
Mr Fun is much less handsome..shorter..and dressed t-shirt and shorts. Mr Grumpy is tall..handsome but never smiles..and dont know how to talk to girls.

Everywhere..and I mean everywhere we went..Mr Grumpy is always quoted a higher price for ST/LT. When girls feel at ease..all is easy.:)

The Penthouse is quite (in)famous in Pattaya - and whilst their website IS slick, do beware that the reality falls far short from the expectations one easily gets from watching it!

And yes, do beware of the katoeys - which when I last visited was at least quite distinctly separated from the rest of the rather forlorn line-up of real women (errr... calling them girls would be stretching it! LOL). Hmmmm.... wonder if this is still the case?!

The penthouse's over-the-top garishness already offends my senses even when just walking into the premises - I really wonder how anybody could actually manage to fall asleep in their rooms/suites which are festooned with equally offensive pretentiousness?! But then again, who goes to Patts just to sleep? LOL

Just curious, but why wouldn't a hotel IN ASIA be "Asian friendly"? :confused:
That would be like a hotel in Paris not accepting European guests.
