Just to add on one more point. I think most of us still remember ex-PT Violet who is now operating in Ocean JB. Despite the major downgrade from SGD50 to RM65, she still provide the same service. Yes, somehow we can sense something is amiss. I think mostly the good ones like Vivi are simply jaded with the work, like Bro Scorelan observed.
