350k is on the high side; you can typically rent an Avanza-type vehicle for 250k per day.

Moneychangers around the Formosa Hotel, City Central Hotel and Holiday Hotel area typically give the best rates. Ask around those areas.

Technically, the players are playing games. But they didn’t involve cash. They just pour in the coins. But the grey area is exchanging back for cash. Very much like pachinko.

Without such games. These shops can’t survive

The coins will be exchange to cigarettes or power bank or other stuffs.

After that The cigarettes or power bank will be "buy back" by someone from the game shop but outside the game shop. :D

End of the day, you still get cash back.
