France's Maitudi gets my vote for our next DM.
Fast, powerful, tall, can join in attack. Most importantly, not as "volatile" as Pogba, the bigger beast.. What a game by France! Pity ref already blew the whistle, Benzema's first timer was a beauty! |

Just the type Wenger likes.. young, cheap with potential.. Aiyo...
http://metro.co.uk/2014/07/01/who-is...henen-4782421/ After watching Matuidi again, I have to void my vote for him as DM target, Nigeria game showed his recklessness, poor challenges; as a 27yo is a no no.. Quite impressed with Chile's Charles Aránguiz, tireless box to box midfielder with an eye for goal. What a penalty against Brazil! |

1st senior player signing ?
French full-back Mathieu Debuchy has taken to social media to confirm he will be an Arsenal player next season. France were knocked out of the World Cup at the quarter-final stages yesterday, losing 1-0 to Germany, who go on to play Brazil in the semi-finals. And Debuchy reacted to the defeat by posting on Instagram: “Au revoir Brésil. Bonjour @arsenal.” The Daily Mail reports that he has also told French media that a deal has already been struck between his current club Newcastle and the Gunners. It is thought that a fee that could rise up to £11mllion has been agreed between the two clubs, and the deal will be officially confirmed in the next few days. |
