Hit hard until you can see the red dots on your inner thighs. If you see blue black on your thigh, don't panic - that mean the blood clogged inside your veins already cleared. Now you are a better man. If you still cannot make it, then come to me, I will do a proper one for you. Then you have to waste some money lor. You tiko man ah, I really don't like to do this sort of treatment, my main purpose is to help others to improve their health."

I laugh and said "If we can perform sex well, that mean we are healthy right? No sick man can perform sex well mah. That meet your aim right?" He lan lan and gave me a cheeky smile.:D

So all bros, you all got it? I think this is the best things to share among us cos we are all cheongstersl. A cheongster cannot perform, it would be the worst nightmare.:D

Ha, if you are married, you can ask your wife to whack your thighs for you. You know lar, they like to whack their husband mah. If they whack your middle accidentally, better still - claimed it was hurt, no need to entertain her for the next few weeks. Save the bullets to cheong.

How to whack our thigh? Very simple mah, like you mentioned, open you legs big big and use your 如来神掌 and whack on your inner thighs lor. I always practice that when I am watching Hong Kong drama. Each thigh smack 200 strokes - you won't feel the pain if the drama is interesting. Try lah.:D

Actually old shifu advise me to do some exercise to maintain my manhood. Bliss walking or fast walking is the best. That will upkeep the blood circulation in our thighs and prevent blood clogging in our veins.

One week exercise three time and you will be a better man.:D
