Haha I remember baobao fondly. She is probably 1g, she thought singaporean will go for cheaper rates so she chose to be $100. Regretted but cannot change up. I heard she said 150 can downgrade to 100 but not vice versa.
Yes if a cat100 is her standard that will be great. She was from chongqing I think.
