She wasn't flamed she was reviewed. A couple of the reviews were from guys who have not just joined. Just because you do not like it does not make it flaming!
By all accounts Empress Lee has given some fantastic service but now and again some people may have a worse experience than you. You have to just accept that unfortunately.
