I have gone to BSB, Brunei capital and Seria, HQ of Brunei Shell on business trips a couple of times in the last two years. Pardon me of saying, Brunei is a dull place with no liquor, night club and bar. There are of course pimps are offering PRC and Pino girls and unfortunately the quality is no high. Government could conduct raids from time to time. Therefore brothers could not really enjoy themselves in peace.
My Brunei friends in BSB would take a fast boat to Labuan in East Malaysia for a quickie and those stay at Seria would drive to Miri of East Malaysia for a quick fix. I was told the quality of girls in Labuan and Miri is better and it is also safe to do their things there.
My local business associates would fly to the Manila, Bangkok or even Singapore to find sexual companions.
