Bro Sandybottom, I don't agree with you. You think the $100 drop from the sky for us? Even $10, the service should be what is promised. If not, ask the TS don't accept. Just quote the price he/she wanted. Don't tell your customer everything ok and took the money and later change your attitude. This is call cheating.. Just my 2 cents opinion...
