Tell u 1 small secret hor, one of my frens who opened a food stall in changi village few years back before they renovated, once told me this, some of the nasi lemak stallholders purposely do slowly so as to create a mini-queue so that those that came to eat will think that their food is good and join the queue too
becos there were just too many nasi lemak stalls there liao and competition is great
