That's because most of them get limited customer a day due to the "taxi queue" and "area". However, until now the lowest i can get is only 50k to nagoya.. Usually i pay below 80k
Additional Information for others interested in getting lower priced taxi:
Alternatively, if you are a lone ranger can take a ojek for 10-15k to Tiban and get a biasa taxi "shared" for 10k to Nagoya.
Ojek from Sekupang terminal to Nagoya, usually i pay below 50k.
Bus to Nagoya/Batam Center 4k, only available until 5+pm Indonesia time
Queue- Most of the taxi you see sitting/waiting for customer has their own queue within their group in that "area"
Area 1: Right after clearing of immigration, group of taxi driver waiting out near the taxi counter where you can get a quote to the places you want with a receipt.
Area 2: After walking past the taxi counter towards to the exit of the terminal, taxi driver standing/sitting beside their taxi in the middle of the carpark.
Area: 3: Outside the terminal, beside the road where you can find ojeks and taxi driver with "not so nice personal car"
All taxi inside the terminal should be equipped with aircon. Taxi outside the terminal might off their aircon by opening the window or some aircon spoil. This is the reason why you can get the lowest taxi fare here in Area 3.
Metered taxi can only pick you up after you call them for booking outside the terminal close to the bus stop aka halter.
