Some information on record on BC Billiard Centre Pubs and KTV. Their minimum Room charge is 2 mil for large room,1.5 mil for middle sized room and 1 mil for small room. That means if you spend on drinks (beer,wine,liquor) of above 2 mil ,large room is free and likewise for middle and small room.
Back to hotel,then to room,everything is rather SOP from here on until we meet for breakfast the next morning at 9am. |

level 2 is pub and ktv
and level 3 is vip room.
i heard the casino open from 10am till 10pm.
