As for the PRCs.... I always chase them away whenever they approach. These PRCs are troublemakers and I have seen how they create a scene just to get more tips from customers. The PRCs wun accept RM20 tips and demand for at least RM50 especially to newbies and those not familiar with the system. The regulars avoid the PRCs like the plague.
