I'm a newbie to the HCMC scence...but i can help you on tat....sometimes if you are walking along the street...some guy/ger will ride up on a motor bike and ask you if you want a ger....sometimes the ger for offer is riding as a pillon......but i have been warned it is extremly unsafe......i have been approached a few times (normally along Dong Koi) but i always reject.....just dont feel safe
