Every organisation evaluate the performance of each employee based on two sets of criteria. The hard facts, ie KPI and the soft facts, ie Shared Values, like integrity, honesty etc etc. Most organisation can tolerate if you fail your KPI. But will have zero tolerance if you do things against the shared values.
PAP is doing what other big companies like GE, Shell, P&G are doing.
