Jus curious where u get tat idea from? If it's frm Nono's words,do read em again. I don't think formosa will be demolish as it's been stated in the news b4 it'll be converted to a service apartment (or smthg like tat,not sure as i'm not the developer) & definitely not at the end of the year 2016.
