5) Lastly which ferry terminal should I stop at? Harbourbay if you like an easier way out.

Since you mentioned Disco, can consider staying at Pacific Hotel for Pacific Disco which is just downstairs or Hans Inn which is walking distance away from Newton Disco and Happy8 Massage and Morena Series of Joints.
