You do not have the habit to trim down the size of your image (your usual photos posted previously were extremely big size),hence at times you may face hiccups during uploading when internet (using wifi) isnt stable.

The link i pass you above,it allows 10 mb upload and not many users using it. Restart your browser if there is an issue.

Looks like i was able replicate the same error you faced...
I think i am right,its their server having problem. May take them a while to resolve.
