Most hotels will let you check in early if you are at the hotel and they have empty rooms available. This is not Singapore or Bangkok or ... Hotels here quite flexible. Usually will also allow late check out up to 1 pm without extra charge. Beyond that might incur day rate.
As for booking at joints, payment is always upfront at the joint. (I know you didn't ask about this.) Okt will ask you whether you want the girl to follow you instantly (most time, this is assumed). Else, you need to tell them where to send the girl to. If you don't have a room yet, just tell them. Get the okt number and say you will inform him the room number later. Some okt will ask from you money for ojet / taxi for the girl. Hope this help you..

3 pm will be a bit too late for most joints on a weekend. Happy8, Permata Indah and Bunga might still have girls available. I'm referring to Saturdays. For other days, you will still have more choices available. Anyway, if you're there early, try see if you can check in hotel. If not, you can either bring your belonging along when you go shopping for girls, or you can deposit your bags at the hotel reception. Do take our your valuables though.
Another place that you can deposit your bags for free... Supermarket. Most suoermarket, eg. Hypermart at Nagoya Hill Mall need customers who carry bags to deposit their bags before entering. Free too. I've often made use of these places when I'm already checked out of my hotel and won't be in the area near my hotel.
