Just to add on another theory base on some simple questions, if one knows going from Harbour Bay ferry terminal to most hotels in Batam is around 50k rupiah,will he still pay 150k? (let's make it 125k rupiah then,which is just 2.5 times) It's like if I am quoted 1 juta for a girl,i go pay 3 juta (or 2.5 juta) for her...
If I do not know how much to pay,it would make complete sense. But if I already knew how much to pay, and yet be paying it in 2.5 to 3 fold,what's in the mind of the one who pays so much is completely another question,hehehe...
