Re: Tg Balai

Almost 2 years since last visited Tg Balai.

For senior who had not visited Tg Balai in the past 1 year, ferry ticket and passenger fee had increased.
The return ticket had increased to Rp 245,000 .
Single trip ticket was used to be the cost saving way, it is no much different now.

Visited Tg Balai on a drizzling Monday morning for 2D1N.
Ferry was not even half filled (mostly senior and retiree).

Indo Falcon was travelling faster compared to 2 years ago.
Reached Tg Balai in 1½ hours.

As usual, a lot of drivers touting outside the custom.
Reject their service and buy my return ticket at the Sindo ticket office.

Walked to Gabion hotel and booked a deluxe room.
Noticed there is 2 new hotels along the stretch of road and a new massage building (Nirwana).
Take my time walk to the usual money changer (beside hotel maxi) recommended by senior.
Exchange rate Rp9510.

Went to the coffee shop beside Gabion, eat some prata and drink kopi.
The food standard maintain, it is still the best in Tg Balai.

Took the yellow oplet, reach ruko around 1030am indo time.
Stroll 5~10 minutes in the muddy road to Villa.

The villa was quiet, I was the only customer at 11am.
Most house still had 6~10 WLs.

Took a 20 years old Bandung ssyt.
Overall 7.5/10 .

cheers.
