As to see which bros had upped u, just click on "User CP" which is left most on the top 1st horizontal light blue bar of the main page....
...to upzz bros back, here are the steps...
1) Look for his latest post....
2) Click on the weighing scale icon on the top right hand corner of the post
3) A large dialogue box will open & appear on yr PC screen
4) Type on the empty "comments" row e.g. "forbidden123 returns u 9 points bro. Thanks"
5) Ensure tat the " I Approve the post" button is ticked
& finally No. 6)...Click on the "Add to Reputation" Button below it all...
And B I N GO !!!...tats it...the points r added to the bro ..
Note : Nowadays one can up 2 bros a day i/o of the previous 1 only a day by courtesy of boss sam...good for bros wif long uplist...can clear faster
