Lampang? I did Lampang monthly commute CNX ~ drive 100km via Lamphun to Lampang 2011-3.

Known for their horse driven carriages and pottery. Only Big C (probably got Central now?) then. Other than Riverside bar, no real happening place... unless you include Spotlight (near Big C)
