Batam seems to be getting more interesting,hehehe....took a Go Car Taxi at a price of 18k rupiah to this temple...
...and had a vegetarian lunch at a cost of about 18k rupiah inclusive of a drink at their restaurant...
...and with a wide variety of vegetarian food to choose from...
The set back is,we have to clear our own empty plates after eating (its a choice tho,no one will force anyone to clear their own plates there tho). Reminds me of Singapore's army camp,hehehe....good tasty food! Or at least,it taste good enough for me. 3 dish 1 soup anytime for one pax cost me 18k rupiah (plus a can of drink).
I have also found fish and chips (and other western dishes) in Nagoya area in this trip costing only 20k rupiah,hehehe...i think bro L will be happy to know the location. Shall share more when i have the time.
