I was there on the 17th of this month. I bought the SIM card at the mart outside the ferry terminal Harbour Bay beside the open carpark without having to register. The owner is a young chinese man and very friendly. But I was told by a salesgirl from other counter that the hi card is valid for a month usage and need to TOP up again to prolong the expiry
