That's the 5th cases i heard in this 2 months. Same method and all happened around Nagoya hill area and along the main road of IndoRasa.
Ladies walking or standing around the bus stop area outside BCS till the petrol station should becarful of motor snatching handbag, happens quite often.
But overall Batam still a very safe place
