Anyway I know at least 2 goot SBF kaki here that bought land there and built their own villa or bungalow from scratch so they know some builders & ID companies there but do not know if they will reply u or not......cos I know they still read this thread so not nice for me to arrow them out......as for me I am ignorant cos never buy any kind properties before in Wetnam (cos cannot afford also so dun even need to think about it
) so cant help here.....
