Yes, foreigners can only buy condo in their name and cap 30% quota...now foreigners can sell to both locals and foreigners...
locals can buy anything...and surely locals knew where to get reno contractors by just words of mouth...
In hcm no point to buy foreigners build condos with inflated prices...just buy local developers build condos...
we looking around 20mil/sqm including vat...capitaland wants to sell 40-45mil/sqm at An Phu D2 which is just too costly....
friend sold vinhome CP at 4.5bil....profit 1.5bil only 2 years wait...
