A lot of apartment block launches in Batam but they seems to going pretty slow in building. Checked out on Baloi apartment when i was in Grand Batam, the sales agent tells me (via a translator,hehehe..) it will take roughly about 3 years, tentatively between end of 2022 to 1st half of 2023 to complete and collect key.
I saw Citra Plaza's poster (the one you said still drilling) that states 95% of the apartments of it were sold out.
I think by the time they start 1st 2 storey of the block, it would becompletely sold,hehehe...so i think i might have to skip this one or just wait for tower 3 to be up for sale.
