Bayerina at Harbour Bay used to be around S$40k to S$47k, it is now at a flat rate of between S$40k to S$42.5k,hehehe...and Citra Plaza opposite Formosa Residence were advertised at 400 juta rupiah recently on September 2019 (i think i got the brochure somewhere),hehehe...previously was around 480 juta.

I am still keeping tabs on the apartment pricing as i type. Had a feeling if this bill is passed down in their parliament, Indonesia is likely to have some small economic recession impact. Less investor will step in to do business ,hotels closing down, foreign investors start withdrawing from the country etc etc.
Hmm...what if one day Jokowi is no longer the president (no if, but when...) This kind of Indonesia law sets me thinking again.
