Like i said earlier, it has to do with culture of those countries.
Look at Taiwan and Vietnam...whom i believe is doing better than Singapore and other countries the like of China, USA, Malaysia etc.

Forget what those experts say.
Learn from successful countries and engage a little common sense from statistic, how they advise their people what to do to counter the epidemic rather than follow blindly.
When i am in Batam, i took many extra precaution. A bit inconvenient, but this is what money cannot buy.
