Straits Times classified 2 or 3 private schools advertise weekly under column 721. Small classes in the evening. Most of them teaches Northern Viet, which is the proper viet language.
Another way is to buy a CD with work book to learn. Like all languages, have to speak everyday with a viet, that's the fastest to learn.
