Hi,
I am new to this. Lurk for a long time, just created this account. Can someone give me a short explanation on how to get Power and Points. Like... I need to have in order to exchange right? So how to get up from zero? Is it like I write FR and people up be willingly in order to start the ball rolling? Sorry if this is a silly question.
