Vietnam MOH proposed ---
Pre-departure PCR test
Upon Arrival Day 1 - Test (not sure ART or PCR)
Day 2 - ART test if go out (no idea where to test)
Day 3 - ART test mandatory (no idea where to test)
Tourism Ministry proposed -
Pre-departure PCR test
Upon Arrival Day 1 - Test (not sure ART or PCR)
So best let Vietnam finalised before buying ticket...since 15 Mar and soon they have to open...currently still need visa to enter...
