After April 1, only need to do one supervised ART test within 48 before returning to Singapore. The test can be done via approve telemedic . Now the problem is at Indonesia side, search anywhere also can't find the details. Ferry service to Tg Balai has not yet resume, until now only a handful of ferry service between Singapore and Batam, so i presume quarantine free travel to Indonesia has not yet take effect.
