The manager there is generally expecting 100k tip. If you are intending to tip him less than 100k, suggest that you do not waste money and tip him at all because the tip amount does not meet his expectation.
Unless you are looking for a very specific type of girl or girl that offer special service, i think it is ok not to tip the manager. This is because all the girl working there generally got certain standard.
For those not tipping, You can politely reject his request by saying you will tip him later if you are happy with the service.
