Not most hotels. According to the law, all hotels are not allowed to have an unmarried couple in the room after 9pm. Some hotels choose to close one eye to this and allow you to bring the girl up to the room. HOwever some hotels take advantage of this to force you to open another room or make you give them extra money.

Both are equally exceptable. It would be better to chage enough at the airport so that you have money to get from the airport to the hotel and you can change more in the city. Rates are always better if you change in the city.

Then if you want to get the ger and can bring her up than what are you going to do? it is not a good idea to ask the ger to bring you to another hotel because this gives them an opportunity to steal money or force you into giving them more money. I am not saying all girls will do this but there have been few instances that I know of that has happened.
