Hi,
I would like to recommend Samters here (since somebody here is not ok for me to address as Bro) a restaurant in HCMC District 10 - Phung Vy at 291 Nguyen Tri Phong.
The seafood is good and price is reasonable. The environment is abit dirty but this place is also full of people after midnight. What make me recommend them was they return me my lost belongings (Credit Cards, IC, ATM cards) after 3 days. Even my VN friends never expected that, keep telling me no hope when I wanted to go back to find it. I tipped the waitress SGD15 for it.
