wow 3900B for a few drinks for 3hrs only and the place is only B-grade...i think if u intend to visit BKK more than few times, best is stil to go for membership, my friend went with a member to Forte, drank from balanced, ordered 10 LDs and raba with girl whole nite onli paid 2500B nia
