I believe Singapore is only cheaper by a little. Unless you're getting Thai brands. Very cheap. I wouldn't consider getting a mobile in China, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. as the risk of getting a refurbished phone is possible. Hong Kong rocks if you're into electronics. Tax free unlike Singapore 7% GST!
Hip Cafe is not the RCA type of place but more to mature man's place...nice ambience and not too dark.....so be warned as I don't see many youngster there when we were there.....hahahaahh! I won't call it old folks home either as there are many SYT in there!
