Somewhere mid Nov, happen to be at Jln Sultan, change some Rup cos I was told tat day it was good. I got it at 7800 @ S$1.00. The money changer is at the junction of Arab st and North Bridge Rd. Directly opp Golden landmark and Sultan Mosque....beside Zam Zam Restaurant. Their Ringgit and Rupiah quite attractive rates they offer. Hope tat helps.
