U guys can also try Hotel City View which is nearby and also Hotel Furama.
Both within ur budget range with good and clean rooms.
Memory KTV beside got only Hotel Memory and a few doors away got Hotel Grand Palace.
If u stay in Memory Hotel, u can book girls from Memory KTV with a discount.
It works the other way too.
