Most of the bars in Patpong is operated by the King's Group. They own King Castle, King Corner and all the other bars staring with King or Queen. Yes, the girls are pushy for lady drinks. Tell them "Later" and they will leave you alone (somewhat). I always felt that the Patpong a-go-go girls are better looking than their Nana counterpart
As for Soi Cowboy, I'm really not into that scene. Maybe one of the board members can contribute.
If you're a newbie, don't worry! All these places are safe to go as long as you show some common sense. No bling-bling and drink-blinge and you'll be fine.
