if u like house/electronica try "NOIR" at basement Emerald Hotel (Rachada). I was there last Thursday. BHT300 for beers but I think better value for money open a bottle of whisky. BHT1,800 for one liter Ballantines (on promo)+4 bottles soda/coke+ice.
I think place is safe (there are more sleazier after hour places in BKK) with a good mix of working and "normal" girls u find at RCA clubs.
Music was still thumping with sizeable crowd when this old man can't tahan and balek at 630am so dunno what time they actually close.
