nathong seafood restaurant is one of my favourite in ratchada. Was pleasently surprised when i saw Nick Cage's Bangkok Dangerous patronising it.
Somboon IMHO is way over rated.
If looking for good seafood and price isn't a issue go to SUK soi 24, seafood market with a big lobster signage "If it swims, we have it" or somthing like that.
